Chiropractic care is an important, often overlooked, and natural form of healthcare that benefits people of all ages, from toddlers to the elderly, athletes to accident victims, and everyone in between.
While taking a painkiller may alleviate your aches and pains, and acupuncture can deaden a signal running through a problematic area, Dr. Kelly Cao’s chiropractic care helps resolve the cause of the pain. At Healing Hands, we feel joy every day knowing that we make real and positive changes in our patients’ lives. Our chiropractic services don’t just mask the pain, they get to the root of what is causing the discomfort, and then seek to correct that issue with natural remedies such as manipulation, correction, and maintenance.
Our Stages of Care
At Healing Hands, each of our patients’ ailments and treatment plans are unique. However, the general stages of care typically follow certain stages: in pain, improvement, maintenance. During the “In Pain” stage, a client visits healing hands due to a discomfort somewhere in their body. Each patient receives a thorough examination from Dr. Cao, in which probable causes of the pain are identified. During the “Improvement” stage, patients have received treatments from Dr. Cao and their pain becomes more manageable, eventually subsiding in most cases. In the “Maintenance” stage, patients who feel generally well receive chiropractic care to ensure they remain in proper alignment.
